A feeding trial of 4 weeks duration was conducted on 210. fourteen days old, commercial broiler chicks raised on deep litter to evaluate the effect of supplementation of multi-enzyme mixture to diets in which the maize was replaced by apple pomace at 10, 15 and 20% levels. The performance of broilers with respect to body weight gain, feed intake, feed etliciency and survivability did not diner significantly by feeding enzyme-supplemented diets in which maize was replaced by apple pomace up to 15% level. It was inferred that maize could be replaced by apple pomace up to 15% in enzyme supplemented broiler diet without any adverse effect on their performance.
