Proximate composition of meat from 20 numbers (10 males and 10 females) of adult clinically healthy Nageswari ducks of Assam was analyzed at 20 weeks of age. The results showed non-significant difference in the mean percentage of moisture, crude protein, ether extract, ash, calcium and phosphorus content breast meat of these ducks between sexes.
