Abstract

The thoracic girdle was consisted of scapula, coracoid and clavicle bones. The scapula was slender, flat which measured 16.4±0.24 cm in length and fused with coracoid. The coracoid was a thick and triangular and measured was 6.7±0.12 cm in length. Clavicle was vestigial and situated at the cranio-medial aspect of the scapula which was elongated, curved and measured 3.7±0.13 cm in length. The humerus was comparatively smaller with respect to its body size and measured 10.10±0.24 cm in length. Its proximal end showed an elongated, low head for articulation with the glenoid cavity of the scapula and a ventral tuberculum for the attachment of muscles. Distal extremity showed a single condyle with a low supracondylar tubercle on the dorsal epicondyle. Shaft had two pneumatic foramina below the proximal end.
