A biological trial was conducted to evaluate the effect of feeding rice gluten meal (RGM) as soybean meal replacement without or with different exogenous enzymes on carcass traits in commercial broiler birds (n=384). The experiment was conducted in 3x4 factorial completely randomized design involving three levels of RGM (0, 15 and 17.5%) and four types of different enzymes (No enzyme, Protease, Xylanase and Multienzymes). Each treatment group had 4 replicates of 8 chicks each. Body weight at age of slaughter on 42nd day ranged 1785 to 1800 g but did not showed significant (P>0.05) difference between control and RGM supplemented groups. The results revealed that no significant (P>0.05) difference due to different levels of RGM and their interaction with different enzymes in carcass traits, cut up parts, visceral organ and immune organ weight except the abdominal fat percentage. The abdominal fat percentage was significantly (P<0.05) higher in xylanase and protease supplemented groups as compared to the control. From this study, it can be concluded that RGM feeding up to 17.5% with or without enzymes supplementation had no adverse effect on the carcass traits, organ weight and cut up parts yields in broiler chickens.
