Abstract

Stress is one of the biggest killers in life. So many health problems are attributed to it, and yet we cultivate it in our lives by abusing our bodies, minds and souls. The ultimate goal is a balanced life, with time for work, relationships, relaxation, and fun – plus the resilience to hold up under pressure and meet challenges head on. Stress management starts with identifying the sources of stress in your life. The Cotton Textile plays a vital role in human life. Textile industries are one of the important industries of India for earning Foreign Exchange and giving employment to lakhs of workers. Because of being a highly labor intensive industry it needs to concentrate more in the area of employee welfare. this study throws light on the impact of welfare measures on QWL among the employees of textile Industries in South India.
