The present study aims to examine the role of representatives of teachers and parents in the formulation of the annual program from the perspective of Directors of secondary schools. In this study, how to formulate the annual program was evaluated. Type a description of the research methodology, the work, the statistical community it involves 196 out of secondary school principals. The statistical breakdown of the sample is determined by the administrator to gender was 130. This sample random stratified method according to the size of the community of Morgan and table. Data were collected through a questionnaire made and analyzed.
