Abstract

According to bacteriology, bacteria can be found in water, soil, plants, animals and other waste things and a type of microorganisms, a thick peptidoglycan layer and no outer lipid membrane in Gram positive bacteria whereas in Gram negative bacteria, thin peptidoglycan layer and have an outer lipid membrane occurs. As a considerable among these are Gram positive bacteria generally; Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus spp. and Salmonella spp. in different components offarm and environments; followed by detection of their environment whereas, and negative bacteria generally; Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Yersinia pestis and Chlamydia trachomatis etc. Bacterial counts spot diffusion method by isolation and identification of E. coli, Salmonella spp., and Staphylococcus spp. based on morphology, cultural, staining, and biochemical test. In addition, isolated bacteria also show the various degree of resistance against gentamicin, ciprofloxacin, ampicillin, chloramphenicol and oxytetracycline whereas including aminopenicillins, ureidopenicillins, f-lactum etc. Bacteria enter into the food chain and poses serious threat to human health. Although, constitutes potential risk to human health and animal as well as environmental conservation.
