Abstract

This article presents a detailed description of various forms of conventional and unconventional sources of renewable energy. Mathematical modelling and equations for optimisation of the performance of various devices for the generation of the energy have been given. Designing various types of power generation plants has been discussed in detail. The article should be very useful for the designers of renewable energy generation plants.
