Optimisation of Detection and Identification of Microorganisms in Medicine Industry by application of Raman Lasers in various Modes for Optimised results has been presented in this paper. The Optical Designing and Theoretical Treatment of the working of Raman Lasers in various Modes for Efficiency Optimisation have been technically discussed. Interaction between some narrow-band Pump wave and a Stokes shifted wave, and the Tuning of the Pump laser to the Resonance of the cavity have been analytically analysed for the prop er understanding of designing and optimisation. The topics of Fibre Effective area and the Raman gain measurements have been technically described along with comprehensive designing aspects of various configurations of Raman lasers.
