Abstract

We have fabricated a solid state dye sensitized solar cell using a oxalic acid doped polyaniline as hole transporter and rose bengal as photosensitizer. We have achieved a power conversion efficiency of 2.16%, with a open circuit voltage of 0.43 V and short circuit photocurrent of 1.05 mA/cm2.
