Abstract

The main objective of this paper is to highlight the scarce availability of conventional energy sources and indispensable application and implication of Renewable energy sources from the stand point of ecological balance and environmental protection. Different types and scopes of renewable energy sources are presented. Their crucial applications in prominent areas are highlighted with a view to enlarge its application on a large scale so as to make it omnipresent in every walk of life.
