The trinary or tetranary metal oxides has lot of prominence in the application of fields in science and technology. Most of the transition metal oxides have the compatibility with neighbor metal or transition metal oxides. Recent trends fallows the developments of nano size materials of metal and metal oxide particles are highly pursued because of their importance in different fields of science and technology applications. In all the transition metal oxides, MgFe2O4 is mixed with TiO2 is a potential candidate for the many applications. MgFe2O4 was made by solution combustion process, TiO2 was added to the sample to (MgFe2O4)1-x/(TiO2)x i.e., (0<X<1.0) by wet grinding for 2 hr, then mixed powder was annealing to a temperature of 500oc. Further these materials were used for sensor application. The MgFe2O4 is mixed with TiO2 nano particles were characterized by studying their structure with X-ray diffraction, optical studies were carried out with UV-Vis spectrophotometer and the thermal analysis with TG/DTA.
