Energy technologies have a central role in social and economic developments at all scales and it is also closely linked with environmental pollution, degradation to economic development and quality of living. Presently we are dependent on nonrenewable fossil fuels that have been and will continue to be major cause of pollution and climatic change. In present scenario our responsibility is to find sustainable alternative. Hence in this paper we will study overview of sustainability through renewable energy.
