Abstract

In the present paper it is tried to comprehend the propagation of E.P. waves coming out of the surface of the earth due to various BIS related activities taken place in the environment. We have considered the Fourier transform of the wave concerned and eventually calculated the power spectral density. Gradually we have simplified it and found out a possible solution for the same in the space time foam. The results tend to Feynman BIS propagator yielding a quasi mathematical description of BIS energy.
