Abstract

A novel semi-organic crystal of Tris Thiourea Zirconium Chloride (TTZrC) semi-organic material has been synthesized and reported for the first time. Grown crystal was characterized by XRD, FTIR, UV-Vis, PL and FE-SEM analyses. The grown semi-organic crystal could potentially be useful for various opto-electronic device applications.
