Abstract

In this paper, we review both the association ideology and applications of the Optical fiber in car headlamps. We proposition an insightful optics design for an LED Head Lamp. We use the optical fiber material as strands for a medium through which the light passes from the source to the lenses. According to the conservation law of energy or the Snell's law, a law stating that the relative amount of the sine's of the angles of prevalence and refraction of a signal are constant when it passes between two given media. For the same the light is generated by a free design and is not restricted by the reflector optics design method. After the application of the optical fiber stands the gap is optimized between the halogen lamps and LED lamps. The high beam headlamp is finally manufactured and assembled into a final object. The light energy traveled; along with the lengths of these cables has no loss compared to the halogen lamps or the led lamps used in the current car headlamps.
