Review Paper on Web Content Mining

Today Internet is full of structured or unstructured information which is directly or indirectly influencing society or peoples. But because of huge data available, useful decision making is still a big challenge. For mining the data from the huge available data, frequently used patterns and log files can be used. Both of these mining strategies are heavily researched area in the field of data mining. Web servers and log files are used to collect all the activity information of a user accesses to a web server. Web usage mining, also known as web log mining, is the application of data mining techniques on large web log databases to discover knowledge about user behavior pattern and web site usage statistics that can be used for various website design tasks. This is a review paper for various studies done on logs and pattern based data mining for web users. Also paper provides various ways methods for web content mining.
