Scisms model usingin the frighter carrier & TRTO for measuring safety culture

In order to understand how well SMS established in the organization, one of the way is to measure safety culture. However there are a few safety culture measurement studies for fregihter carriers. In additon to that, SCISMS model is based on FAA promoted model and never used before aviaition operations in Turkey. On the other hand, Type Rating Traning Organization's (TRTO) trainers such as flight/simulatör examiners, and also ground insturctors are the part of the SMS since they have direct contact with airline pilots while the pilot trainings. In this study, it was measured four factors model of saftey culture (SCISMS) both in the freighter carrier flight operation pilots and type rating traning organization instructors, also in dispatch operations. It was sought to safety culture impact and relations between thesee groups.
