Organization policy has an important role in the success of any organization. At any work place, employees pay significant importance to their organization policy, and it also affects their level of satisfaction work place. Satisfied employees perform better as compared to dissatisfied employees. Thus, the current study attempts to examine the influence of academician's job satisfaction towards organization policy on effective time utilization contributing the development of academicians, organization and overall development also using primary data collected from academicians serving in and around Indore city in higher education sector. The study found that job satisfaction level towards Organization Policy (OP) influence the level of time utilization efficiency contributing in academician, organization and overall development.
