Talent management has become one of the most important buzzwords in corporate HR and training. Talent management is the science of strategic HR to improve business value of the institutions. Everything done to recruit, retain, develop, reward and make people perform is a part of talent management. This research paper focuses on talent management practices carried in an organisation from the perspective of placements, recognising role of talent management in placements and essentials of training.
