Abstract

Summary: A number of brands are available in the market. Among them, three popular brands are considered for this study. They are Mountain, dew Pepsi and coca-cola. The present study was conducted in Muscat as it is the capital city and also one of the biggest cities of the country. The study focuses on the reasons for consumer preference of cool drinks. From the study, it is found that taste, quality and time are the main factors influencing the purchase of soft drinks.
