The research was based on a study of a sample size of 1000 retailers, using simple random sample selected from the existing database.
Amazon is the leader in the market followed by Flipkart, Snapdeal & Olx.in. The effective promotional strategy used is able to create and provide effective internet based customer services. 20–30 customers visit their shop daily through the reference of the site.
