Abstract

Automobile sector plays an important role in economic development of developing countries. Financial Performance Analysis is aimed and process of determining financial and operational constraints of a company from measures of accounting and financial statements. The researchers attempts to highlighting low and high performance of liquidity, profitability, solvency and firm financial stability. The research paper primarily based on secondary source of data adopted from ET 500 ranks and other relevant publications. A time period of eight years from 2007–08 to 2014–15 is inculcate to draw the inferences. Present study attempts to evaluate the financial stability of selected automobiles companies. The research paper exclusively focuses on the private sector and automobile industry published financial information. The result of study doesn't compare with any other industry and other sector. This research paper will help stakeholders to know the actual results of Indian automobile industry to make an investment decision.
