Abstract

The study attempts to examine the influence of employee job satisfaction towards organization behaviour (OB) on effective time utilization contributing in the development of employees, organization and also overall development including employees and organization jointly using primary data collected through self administered questionnaire. Analysis was done using ANOVA followed by Post Hoc test. The study found that satisfied employees towards organizational behaviour use their time more efficiently. The study also found that this efficient utilization of time not only contribute in their own development and organization development but also contribute jointly in overall development i.e. employees and organization both.
