In the contemporary private technical education system in India, the monitoring and control of a dynamic and continuously updating statutory issues relating to the minimum quality parameters have been creating the prime hindrance in the way of excellence, academic and extra-academic reforms of this massive quantitative educational growth framework mostly in the area of Engineering education under the University affiliating structure. With the inclusion of several positive trends and concepts by the Central Government to follow the global peers, the periodic controlling issues of Engineering Institutions are, by far, getting primary to secondary to tertiary in terms of statutory priorities of Ministry of Human Resource Development.
