Abstract

This article deals with the “A Study on the Usage of Knowledge Management”. The method adopted for collecting the data for this article is primary data. The data mainly deals with the Usage of Knowledge Management towards employees in the organization. And also about new knowledge creation in the organization.

We have represented the collected data in the form of tables and diagrammatic representation. The analysis part carried out in this article by using Chi-square test and Correlation through the statistical package SPSS.
