Life is a complex phenomenon which is hardly understood by any. This statement itself is quite complex, and so is the life of a woman who is both employed and married. It means one of the partners of the dual career hetero sexual couple is in dire need of a focus from researchers. Although a lot of hard work has been done by researchers in this regard, but there is still a lot of scope for this hard working super creature, namely “woman ”. This paper attempts to explain the implications of the everyday challenges of work-family life of a woman.
