Abstract

In the increasingly competitive business climate organizations must focus their efforts on developing their employer brand if they are to operate better than their competitors. The employer branding refers to improving organizations’ image in market place which leads to attracting more talent, retaining and motivating selected personnel, and increasing their job satisfaction and commitment to organizations. Thus, this paper attempts to introduce some factors and a model contribute to developing the employer brand of organizations. This study provides further insight, for managers of organizations, on how they can develop their employer brand to achieve competitive advantages.
