Expansion of globalization, new information and communication technologies, increase knowledge and constant changes in doing duties and also process of businesses have led to substantial changes in institutions. Therefore, one ways for solving this problem is using entrepreneurship. Consequently, we investigated relationship between content factors and academic entrepreneurship. This research was applied and inductive. Method of research was descriptive also a questionnaire was used in order to collect data. Following, we used T-student, multiple regression, analysis variance by SPSS18 software. This paper identified and examined relationship between behavioral factors and academic entrepreneurship. We considered, vision and missions of university, objectives and strategies of university, leadership mindset, managerial support, individual character of membership, patterns of technology as content factor and academic entrepreneurship. Analyzing results indicate that, impact of content factors on academic entrepreneurship was lower than other universities it leads to decline of academic entrepreneurship; therefore, some recommendations were presented in order to solve this problem.
