This research investigates the role of human resources triple strategies in improvement of organizational performance in SMEs. Other Aims of this research are Recognition and evaluation of influential factors in devising human resources strategies in an organization and also, recognition and evaluation of quality of implementing management strategies. This research, due to its aim, is an applicable one and according to the method of data analysis, is of correlation methods and Statistical population of this research is consisted of SMEs in industrial city of Arak, Iran. In this research, simple random sampling is used and Data analysis was done by SPSS. According to results of research, it is concluded that SMEs in Industrial City of Arak try to focus more on facilitation strategy for their staff. Also, results reveal that the second effective strategy in triple strategies of human resources is aggregation one. On the other hand, excellence model of organization is implemented incorrectly in SMEs of Industrial City of Arak. Localization of considered criteria related to excellence model is suggested before implementation of mentioned model of organizations and this localized model can be institutionalized throughout the organization to reach more favorable and effective performance and finally as there is a significant relationship between triple strategies of HR and organizational performance of SMEs In industrial City of Arak.
