The objective of the present research is to study the affecting factors on the commitment among the staff of Mamasani Payam Noor University. The method in this research was practical in terms of the objective, and a survey type. The sampling method was randomized and the statistical population was 244 administrative and academic staff from Mamasani Payam Noor University that (after calculation by the Cochran formula) 144 people were selected as the statistical sample. A questionnaire with 27 standard questions on the commitment was distributed and 7 theories were statistically analyzed. Results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the work independency, payments, information sharing, work promotion opportunities, responsibility and accountability, team work, job security of the staff with their commitment. Results of the ranking analysis show that the team work and job security are the most important and determining, whereas work promotion opportunities and payments are the least influencing factors on the organization commitment.
