The purpose of this study was to survey Relationship between knowledge management and employee empowerment in a Sport and Youth Organization of Iran. The population of this research was includes all employees of Sport and Youth Organization in Iran. Study's variables include knowledge management and employee empowerment. Statistical methods of this study include: Kolmogorov Smirnov test, Spearman correlation coefficient and Stepwise regression test. Results show that significant relationships exist among all knowledge management aspects and employee empowerment dimensions. Moreover, knowledge management predicts the aspects of employee empowerment. Positive role of knowledge management to organizational empowerment of staff of Sport and Youth Organization was specified in this study and importance of considering such studies was specified for researchers.
