Knowledge management promotes an integrated approach to recognize, seizing, recovering, sharing, and calculating an enterprise's facts assets. The resource based view of the firm suggests that organizations will need to be able associate unique, sustainable and more assets, counting sources of knowledge and information, through paired capabilities in leadership and human resource management and development to fully realize the value of their knowledge. The purpose of this paper is to examine effect of the combine of KM and HRM on organizational performance and empowerments Employee. The participants of the study include 123 managers, experts and employees of financial, administrative and other units of the company. The tool for data collection in this study was a questionnaire that has 29 questions which was distributed after proving its validity and dependability. Afterward gathering the questionnaire, the data obtained were summarized and classified using descriptive statistical methods and in order to test the research hypotheses, SPSS software were used. The results showed that integration KM and HRM in organization caused empower employees and improve organizational performance.
