Abstract

The present study evaluates effects of intellectual capital and organizational structure on entrepreneurial attitudes of human resource working in insurance Companies. Statistic population included 102 employees working in insurance Companies. Data was gathered by three questionnaires including intellectual capital questionnaire (Moon and Kym, 2006), organizational structure questionnaire (Robins, 1998), and entrepreneurial attitudes questionnaire (Aktan et al., 2010). Data were analyzed by SPSS software using linear and multiple regression tests. Results indicated a positive and significant influence of both intellectual capital and organizational structure on entrepreneurial attitudes.
