The number of teleworkers and extent of telecommuting opportunities throughout the nowadays organizations have grown exponentially in recent years. This trend shows that the managers of new organizations should pay attention to effective factors which influence staff's decisions about teleworking. In this research we study the elements that affect the decisions of workers about using of teleworking. The statistical population is Iranian organizations and sample selected from this population is employers of Ministry Of Industry, Mining & Trading in Iran. Data were gathered with a questionnaire designed by researchers and then, four hypotheses were tested using SEM methods. The results show that job characteristics, characteristics of technologic environment, and personal characteristics have an effective and positive influence on decision-making about using of teleworking.
