Katz in his theory define the requirements for successful management as passing management triple skills (cognitive, human, technical). He also asserts that, the drawback of each skill will decrease manager's success chance and diminish organization success possibility as whole; hence, any of skills are required for performing five management tasks (programming, systematization, leading, control & evaluation). In general, Consideration of different approach on organizational development leads to this essential question, that, whether any meaningful relationship can be found between managers triple skills, including human, cognitive, technical skills; and making change in the organization. For present research to predict organization development as the offspring of management triple skills, regression analysis is used. Accordingly, a position conceptual relationship is discerned between management triple skills & organization development. Based on resulted outcomes, management triple skills serve 43 percent of organizational development.
