Abstract

The Electronic Human Resource management is relatively new terms in developing countries, which is for supporting Knowledge Technology with Human Resource Management, especially through Web Technology. Knowledge Technology had perforated different parts of Administrative system and etc., even the most important parts of this department, which is Human Resource. The goal of this research is determining the role of Electronic Management on effectiveness of Human Resource in Mazandaran University of Medical Science, 2013. This is a functional research, and the questionnaire is the main tool for collecting data. For analyzing hypothesis, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test (For Normality test) and One Sample T Test (if it was normal) and Correlation Test (For testing the correlation between basic parts of the research), and Friedman Test (for ranking different factors) were used. For internal consistency of the questionnaire, the Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient Test is used; which is 96.6% of mentioning questionnaire. The Sample included all managers and experts of Technical department, who know about Human Management and be familiar with existing softwares in this field.
