Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and organizational effectiveness in organization of the foundation of martyrs and veterans affairs of Kerman city. The study is descriptive and correlation research that has been conducted to survey. Statistical population consisted of all employees in organization of the foundation of martyrs and veterans affairs of Kerman city. 185 subjects were selected as a sample of the study. In order to analyze the data is used descriptive and inferential statistics and the organizational citizenship behavior and organizational effectiveness questionnaires are used to collect the required data. The findings indicate that there is a significant relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and its sub variables such as sportsmanship, civic virtue, conscientious and altruism with organizational effectiveness and also there is a significant relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and organizational effectiveness and demographic variables.
