Abstract

Entrepreneurship is one of the main criteria in every organization which certainly has a great proportion in the success and excellence of the organization, and the capitals available within the organization, especially human resources and organizational trust could institutionally, horizontally and vertically could be influential factors in developing entrepreneurship. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze the relations between intra-organizational trust and social capital with the entrepreneurship of the staff. The present study is practical in terms of the objective, and is correlation in terms of method. The statistical population includes the managers of the special economic zone of Imam Khomeini port (80 people). For collecting the data, the organizational trust evaluation questionnaire of Alonen et al (2008), social capital questionnaire of Hosseini (2011), and corporate entrepreneurship questionnaire of Hooman (2006) were used. Results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the two variables of intra-organizational trust and social capital with the corporate entrepreneurship. Human capital is a more suitable predictor for the corporate entrepreneurship.
