Abstract

The purpose of this study is to show the role of training in human force productivity for North Khorasan (Iran) rural cooperatives. The statistical population (n=6217) includes employees of three rural cooperatives in North Khorasan. The sample group (n=361, 310 males and 51 females) was selected randomly using Kergsy-Morgan Table. We used library method (records) to access to theoretical concepts and the topic background. The data was collected using field method, a questionnaire, interview and observation. The validity (90%) was established using SPSS statistical software and Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The study is applied type in terms of its purpose and it is also descriptive and correlative form. The findings show that there is a relationship (with 95% certainty) between the role of training and human force (the executive directors, accountants, employees and the members of cooperatives) productivity for North Khorasan rural cooperatives.
