Abstract

The Data collected for the study were both primary and secondary data, the primary data collected from the employees of the company and the secondary data collected from the books, company brochures, and internet for the study. The type of research adopted for the project was descriptive in nature. Sample size of 110 employees, sample population is 195, the type of questionnaire used is structured, open-ended, close –ended questions, multiple choice, and dichotomous questions. The tool which was used for the data analysis and interpretation is: Percentage Method, Chi-square Analysis, Weighted average method.
