Organizational spirituality at the workplace has been growing. In present time people are looking for their spiritual needs at the workplace. They seek value, support and meaning in their lives. Organizations are also getting positive work outcomes in the workplace where employee's spiritual needs are fulfilled. It is not only concerned with the organization but also related to an employee determining job satisfaction, quality of work life and occupational stress. So promoting spirituality in the organizations lead to success and positive changes. The present study was aimed at study of organizational spirituality on job satisfaction, quality of work life and occupational stress among employees. Standardized questionnaires were used to determine the organizational spirituality, quality of work life and occupational stress among 150 employees in various multinational companies. The statistical tool used for analysis of the data was one way ANOVA. Results showed that high levels of organizational spirituality in employees leads to satisfaction in the job, better quality of work life and less occupational stress. Findings of the study also focused on fostering spiritual values in the organization as it helps in better understanding of issues and leading to less conflicts more satisfaction in the job which ultimately leads to organizational success. Implications and limitations are also discussed.
