Abstract

This study examines the impact of intellectual consciousness of Entrepreneurship Orientation (EO) considering the mediating role of transformational leadership. The statistical population of the research consists of all the students in Al-Zahra University. The research statistical sample consisted of 230 individuals of the students that were chosen randomly. The data collection method was based on King's spiritual intelligence (2008), Bass and Avoloo's transformational leadership (2000) and Persian EO (2013) standard questionnaires. The data analysis was carried out using structural equation modeling and Smart PLS 2 software in two parts of structural section and measurement model. In the measurement model, the technical characteristics of the questionnaire were checked and the required reforms were applied. In the structural section, the structural coefficients of the model were used to examine the research hypotheses. The results indicated a positive and significant impact of spiritual intelligence and transformational leadership on EO. In addition, it was concluded that transformational leadership also acts as mediator between the two constructs.
