The aim of this paper is to study relationship between servant leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Servant leadership includes three factors which are: Vision, Empowerment and Serve. Organizational Citizenship Behavior contains Altruism, Conscientiousness, Courtesy, Sportsmanship and Civic virtue; the nature of research method is descriptive-correlation and the goal is to make it applicable. Research statistical society contains 229 general managers and their assistances in governmental organizations of Guilan province. Research statistical sample contains 143 general managers and their assistances that is calculated with Cochran formula. Both field and library methods used to collect data. To study research literature and background the library based method was used and to achieve research goal field method was used. For this purpose two questionnaires were used that the first was Dennis and Winston questionnaire and the later was Vey & Campbell and Williams & Shiaw questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed among general managers and their assistances. After answering, questionnaires were analyzed with correlation statistical technique and using SPSS 20 and LISREL 8.8 software. Results derived of structural modeling analysis showed that servant leadership having positive meaningful effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
