Abstract

Previous researches have indicated that one of the factors that may cause corruption in an organization is the loyalty and commitment of the employees in that organization. This matter leads to decrease in the efficiency of the organization and result in the dissatisfaction of the customers and purchasers of the products of that organization. Since then, studying the loyalty and job commitment of the organizations employees and the factors that can affect this loyalty is of great importance. In the present study, the relationship between the amount of employees’ salary, employees’ cooperation and turnover as independent variables on the employees loyalty as the dependent variable is under investigation. The finding of this research confirms the existence of a relationship between the above mentioned variables and the employees’ commitment.
