Abstract

Attracting and recruiting qualified staffs can largely affect the quality of an organization. The success of most organizations in order to meet their strategic goals depends on having competent staffs (Having the necessary skills to successfully perform the tasks). Due to the specific characteristics of media organizations in which the time unit is “Moment”, there is a need for employees who can adapt themselves toward extensive technological and environmental changes and in order to improve the level of the media rather than competitors is regarded as a sustainable competitive advantage. The success of any organization depends on the allocation, use of proper tools, equipment, money, raw material and human resources of the organization in its programs and this will only be possible if these organizations can utilize the skills, abilities, individual and group characteristics regarding to their goals. The outcomes of this study shows that the media organizations are in need of staffs who can be consistent with “Low specialization”, “high complexity”, “Low Hierarchy”, “widely monitoring” and also “Extensive organizational communication”.
