The purpose of this study was to Identify and Prioritize Environmental and Personal Factors Affecting Organizational Innovation. The objective of the research is descriptive method. Based on the variables, a questionnaire relying on 23 questions has been developed, the validity of which was confirmed by an esteemed professor. The statistical population of the study consists of all faculty members of the Economics and Management Faculty of Engineering, University of Sistan and Baluchestan year 93–1392 sample and the population is considered which is due to the small population size, the census was used. After collecting the questionnaires distributed, data obtained through descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were Analyzed using 18 SPSS software.
