Determine the relationship between organizational climate and organizational health in gas Distribution Company in Golestan province

Abstract

Today's world, people from different organizations and administrators are human, non-human agency, not meant there is not possible to continue. Since human beings between birth and death are dealing with various organizations. The direct impact on the social life of humans affects their environment. Thus, it is necessary to investigate the climate of a healthy organizational climate is the cause of health, and so the health of human life and so the health of the community, is followed by, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of climate on health, the National Gas Company of Golestan province. Partial aims include the three components of organizational behavior, management, health, behavioral health, and ultimately influence the behavior of managers and employees "organizational climate" of the organization's health. Survey Methodology and Sample of a descriptive case study in Golestan province are employees of gas companies. Data standardized 42-item questionnaire for organizational climate, organizational health Halpyn and kraft and 44 items, Parsons has been used. Cronbach's alpha was used to determine reliability; the alpha coefficient of 0.932 for organizational health and 0.922 for organizational climate is achieved. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics and Pearson correlation coefficients Excel and SPSS software was used. The results showed a positive significant relationship between behavior and organizational health with 99% confidence and a positive significant relationship between employee behavior and organizational health is 99%. Management behavior and employee behavior that is directly alter the atmosphere of the organization. Atmosphere so that the percentage error of 0.01 and the result is a 99% positive correlation with organizational health.
