The present study aims at examining the relationship between leadership style and organizational climate with social loafing in a selected company. The population included a total number of 265 employees, who were randomly selected from Golestan Company, Iran. Organizational Climate Questionnaire, Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire and Social Loafing Index were employed as research instruments. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (e.g., Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Regression) were used. Findings revealed that there was a significant and positive relationship between social loafing and laissez-faire style (P≥ 0.05). Also, the correlation coefficient between social loafing and job values was reported significantly negative (P≥ 0.05). Furthermore, stepwise regression showed that regarding leadership styles, social loafing was predicted in one step by laissez-faire style and regarding organizational climate, it was predicted by job values.
