The purpose of this study is evaluating the factors promoting the knowledge sharing from the viewpoint of the faculty members. Research method is Descriptive-survey and the statistical Population includes all faculty members of Medical University, of which 117 ones were selected as statistical sample. Random sampling method was used. Researcher’ made knowledge sharing questionnaire, based on Nonaka & Takeuchi Model was used for data collection and Chronbach's alpha for reliability obtained 0.935. Mean index was used for descriptive analysis of the obtained data. The results showed that »socialization« had the most and »externalization« had the least role in promotion of knowledge sharing from the viewpoint of the faculty members, and the importance of each parameter of four factors in promotion of knowledge sharing, was determined based on the viewpoint of faculty members.
